Is this a rental with a driver?
This is a private vehicle service with a local driver. Drivers generally speak only very basic English. You can use Google Translate to communicate with your driver. A tour guide or interpreter is a separate service. Let us know your preferred language so we can confirm availability and any additional fee.
How does the 12-hour hire work?
Day-hire rates cover up to 12 hours in the Jakarta area. Standard operating hours are 07:00–22:00 Jakarta time (WIB, UTC+7). Service before 07:00 or after 22:00 can incur a surcharge even within 12 hours. Overtime rates are confirmed with your quote.
Can I travel to Bogor, Cikarang or Bandung?
Yes, please request a route-specific quote. Trips beyond the Jakarta service area and longer journeys may carry additional charges.
How much luggage can I bring?
Passenger capacity depends on suitcase size and quantity. Golf bags also take up space. Share your luggage details before booking; we will recommend a practical seating arrangement.
What about traffic and airport timing?
Jakarta traffic can affect journey and pickup times. Allow extra time for flights, meetings and tee times, and share fixed appointment times when requesting your quote.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Changes are subject to availability and may incur a fee. Cancellation charges depend on notice and booking conditions. We will provide the applicable payment, change and cancellation terms before you pay.
