Changes and cancellation
Full advance payment is required. Change requests at least 3 business days ahead require operator approval and may incur KRW 30,000. Cancellation: 30+ days before service, refund minus KRW 50,000 processing fee; 29–8 days, 30% fee; 7–4 days, 50% fee; 3 days or less, no refund.
