Before you go
Service hours
Standard use is within 07:00–22:00, for up to 12 hours. Service before 07:00 or after 22:00 may incur additional charges besides overtime. Allow extra time for Yogyakarta traffic. Please arrange personal travel insurance.
Changes & cancellation
Request schedule changes at least three business days in advance. If a change is possible, the published change fee is KRW 50,000. Confirm the applicable payment and refund terms with your written quote.
