Booking, changes & cancellation
Send your name, travel date, hotel and emergency contact details. We issue an invoice; pay the full amount by bank transfer to confirm. The coordinator provides the guide’s contact approximately 3 days before travel.
Changes must be requested at least 3 business days before travel. Change fee: KRW 30,000.
- 30 days or more before use: full refund less a KRW 50,000 booking fee.
- 29–8 days before use: 30% of the total is charged.
- 7–4 days before use: 50% of the total is charged.
- 3 days before use through the travel day: no refund.
