Before you book

  • 04:00 or 05:00 departure available for USD 10 extra per vehicle; request when booking.

What to bring

Comfortable clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat and personal items. Your own photo outfits or props.

Late arrival at the meeting point may shorten or alter the itinerary.

Booking, changes & cancellation

Send your name, travel date, hotel and emergency contact details. We issue an invoice; pay the full amount by bank transfer to confirm. The coordinator provides the guide’s contact approximately 3 days before travel.

Changes must be requested at least 3 business days before travel. Change fee: KRW 30,000.

  • 30 days or more before use: full refund less a KRW 50,000 booking fee.
  • 29–8 days before use: 30% of the total is charged.
  • 7–4 days before use: 50% of the total is charged.
  • 3 days before use through the travel day: no refund.
