Along Your Route

Keep your booking voucher for the return crossing. The eastern route includes the Tree House and Molenteng viewpoints, local lunch, Diamond and Atuh Beach viewpoints and Teletubbies Hill before returning to the pier. Steep paths require care, and special photo spots may carry separate charges.

  • Pregnant, older or frail travellers cannot participate under the operator’s conditions.
  • Pickup outside Kuta, Sanur, Seminyak, Legian, Ubud, Canggu and Jimbaran costs extra.
  • Weather, sea conditions and local operations may change the itinerary.

What to bring

Comfortable clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat and personal items. A mask.

Late arrival at the meeting point may shorten or alter the itinerary.

Booking, changes & cancellation
  • Full payment confirms the booking. Contact details are provided approximately 3 days before travel.
  • Request changes at least 3 business days before use; change fee KRW 30,000.
  • Cancellation 14 or more days before use: full refund less KRW 50,000 booking fee.
  • 13–8 days before use: 30% charge; 7–4 days: 50%; 3 days before use through travel day: no refund.
