Arrive at the ticket area and enter with your selected admission package. Take time to plan a comfortable route through the zoo.
Discover the animal habitats
Explore the leafy grounds at your own pace, with time to observe the birds and mammals along the visitor paths.
Take a closer look at the visitor experience
Walking paths and the park shuttle connect the different visitor areas. Check the arrangements available with your admission on the day.
Pause at the food village
Allow time for a drink or a meal during your visit. The restaurant photo gives you a look at the setting inside the zoo.
Elephant-ride package
A 20-minute elephant ride is included only when you book the elephant-ride option shown in the pricing section.
Relax on the drive back
Meet your private driver at the agreed time for your hotel drop-off after the zoo visit.

Before you book
- Pickup areas: Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Dreamland, Ayana, Jimbaran, Kuta, Seminyak, Sanur and Ubud. Pickup time can be adjusted.
What to bring
Comfortable clothing, sunscreen and personal items.
Late arrival at the meeting point may shorten or alter the itinerary.
Booking, changes & cancellation
Send your name, travel date, hotel and emergency contact details. We issue an invoice; pay the full amount by bank transfer to confirm. The coordinator provides the guide’s contact approximately 3 days before travel.
Changes must be requested at least 3 business days before travel. Change fee: KRW 30,000.
- 30 days or more before use: full refund less a KRW 50,000 booking fee.
- 29–8 days before use: 30% of the total is charged.
- 7–4 days before use: 50% of the total is charged.
- 3 days before use through the travel day: no refund.
