Keep your booking voucher for the return boat. Beach descents and paid photo installations require extra time or payment and may reduce the remaining stops.

  • Full payment confirms the booking. Contact details are provided approximately 3 days before travel.
  • Request changes at least 3 business days before use; change fee KRW 30,000.
  • Cancellation 14 or more days before use: full refund less KRW 50,000 booking fee.
  • 13–8 days before use: 30% charge; 7–4 days: 50%; 3 days before use through travel day: no refund.
