At a glance
The carved cave entrance
The original walk follows the path down into the temple complex and towards the dramatic carved face around the cave opening. Inside, the guide photographs Ganesha and sacred religious objects. The carvings are part of an active cultural and religious setting, so approach them respectfully rather than treating the cave solely as a photo backdrop.
Pools, gardens and the quieter paths
Outside the cave, the source follows the bathing pools and their figures before continuing downhill into a garden-like area associated with Buddhist heritage. Rocks, a small cascade, ponds and lotus flowers appear in the photo sequence. There are steps and slopes, with an uphill return after exploring the lower paths.
A respectful temple visit
Wear suitable temple clothing and follow the staff’s guidance about sarongs and restricted areas. Steps lead through the complex, so choose comfortable footwear and allow time for the lower garden paths as well as the cave entrance.
